- will develop rules for the company’s document management, including general and detailed document management schemes;
- will develop a classifier of documents and an album of document forms;
- will carry out an analysis of typical means (software products) of organization of electronic document management;
- will form proposals for the selection of an electronic document management system that is most appropriate to the company’s needs;
- will develop a technical specification for the creation of an electronic document management system (EDMS) containing crucial requirements regarding the architecture and parameters of the EDMS, and requirements to the functions performed by the EDMS.
