Natalia Malofeeva

Ms. Malofeeva has been with ICLC since its foundation. Prior to joining the company, she spent eight years working at various Moscow public agencies executing internal financial control.

Ms. Malofeeva is in charge of ICLC's legal operations, as well as the company's relations with the professional community and government agencies.

She is a Member of the Board of the "Sodruzhestvo" Association (the only self-regulatory organization of auditors in Russia) as a representative of the ICLC (an auditing organization operating in the financial market); Ms. Malofeeva also performs duties of the Deputy Chair of the Board.

Natalia Malofeeva is a member of the Russian Institute of Directors (RID).

She pays a lot of her time and effort to welfare work and takes active participation in standard-setting activities.

Natalia Malofeeva is currently a member of the Expert Council on Legislative Support for Control, Revision and Audit in the Russian Federation functioning under the State Duma's Financial Market Commission.

In 2010-2014, Ms. Malofeeva was Chairwoman of the Expert Council at the Commission on Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of the Moscow City Duma. In 2013-2014, she was a member of the Audit Council under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation; from 2015 to 2021, she was a member of the Working Body of the Audit Council under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation; besides, she was an arbitration assessor at the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region for five years.

• Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation – for her active assistance in the implementation of the functions and powers of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in terms of development of state policies and legal regulations in a particular field;
• Certificate of Acknowledgement from the Deputy Minister of Finance of Russia – for her active and fruitful participation in the work of the Audit Council;
• Certificate of Acknowledgement from the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation – for her active expert work on legislation improvement.

Ms. Malofeeva holds a Law degree from the Law Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

She is a certified auditor (Unified Auditor Qualification Certificate No. 01-000627 dd. 23.04.2012).
