We increased the level of service and increased the staff to 15 people. They began to install systems in small industrial enterprises and other industries. We created a website to talk about our services and automate the ordering process. This allowed us to unload our managers, and we were actively engaged in our promotion on the Internet. At the end of the year, the first major contract was signed.

While developing rapidly, we did not forget to monitor the quality of service: we conducted dozens of surveys to understand how to interact with customers. Thanks to the high level of customer focus, from year to year we have grown both as a company and as an assistant for our customers.

We started construction of our own office building and opened a branch in Chelyabinsk. This helped us not only to gain an audience in the Urals, but also to attract highly qualified specialists from the regions to the company.

Once again, we are not standing still and are opening a representative office in Novosibirsk. We were afraid that due to the harsh climatic conditions we would not be able to quickly develop the branch, but clients simply attacked our office and asked to open more branches. In 3 months we opened 2 more branches in Siberia. The plans were ambitious: to open 11 new representative offices throughout Russia in 3 years.
