Personal Data Processing Agreement
Text of the Data Processing Agreement:
In accordance with Federal Law On Personal Data No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, you hereby confirm your consent to personal data processing by International Consulting and Legal Center: collection, classification, accumulation, storage, adjustment (updating, change), using, transfer solely for the purpose of selling the software in your name as described below, blocking, anonymization, destruction.
International Consulting and Legal Center shall guarantee confidentiality of the received information. The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of fulfilment of orders, contracts and other obligations adopted by International Consulting and Legal Center as binding.
Where it is required to submit your personal data to the software copyright holder, distributor or reseller for the purpose of registration of the software in your name, you shall hereby give your consent to transfer of your personal data. International Consulting and Legal Center guarantees that the software copyright holder, distributor or reseller provides protection of the personal data on the terms and conditions similar to those set out in the Personal Data Confidentiality Policy.
This consent shall cover the following personal data of yours: first name, patronymic and last name, e-mail address, postal address for order delivery, contact telephone number, payment details.
The consent effective term shall be unlimited. At any moment you may revoke this consent by sending a written notice to the address: 23 Obrucheva str., bldg. 3, Moscow, 117630, marked “Revocation of the consent to personal data processing”.
Please note that revocation of the consent to personal data processing shall involve deletion of your account from the website (https://iclcgroup.com), as well as removal of the records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of International Consulting and Legal Center, which may cause impossibility of using Internet services of International Consulting and Legal Center.
Hereby I do warrant that the information submitted by me is complete, accurate and true, as well as, that the information submission does not infringe applicable laws of the Russian Federation, legal rights and interests of the third parties. All the submitted information is filled out by me in respect of myself.
This consent shall be effective throughout the period of the personal data storage, unless otherwise provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.
