Sergei Nikolaevich Zubarev

Sergei Nikolaevich Zubarev has been working in ICLC Group since 1994. He supervises the major projects for the federal and regional authorities, and also coordinates work with the construction companies.

Sergei Nikolaevich has been a practicing auditor since 1990. He has been a certified auditor since December 1994. Also, he is a member of SRO Russian Union of Auditors. A recognized expert in accounting and taxation of construction companies. Author of the book “Accounting in Construction”, co-author of the reference book "Construction: Accounting, Taxes, Law". He participated in preparation of comments on the drafts of the law on accounting and the law on audit, as well as in the work of the balance commissions of Mosinzhstroy OAO (Open Joint Stock Company), commissions of departments of the Moscow Government. Was a member of the Presidium of the Working Group of the Auditors Guild at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moscow.

In 2005, by a Decree of the Mayor of Moscow, he was awarded the title “Honorary Economist of Moscow” for merits in economics and financial activities.

Sergey Zubarev graduated from the Sverdlovsk Institute of National Economy, where he gained the qualification of an economist with a degree in National Economy Planning. In 2004–2005 he completed professional retraining in the program “Professional Evaluation and Assessment of Property Items and Rights”, with specialization: “Business Value Estimation”, at the Intersectoral Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of executive staff and experts of the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.
