Head of Sales Department

Duties:

• Development of the price and discount policy of the company.
• Organization of product sales.
• Development of a plan for the sales department and coordination of the work of employees.
• Organization of work on the maintenance, analysis and systematization of the client base.
• Control over customer debts.
• Organization of trainings, advanced training and additional education for the department staff.
• Drawing up a department documentation report.

Requirements:

• Successful work experience as the head of the sales department at least 4 years.
• Confident PC user (MS Office, Word, Excel).
• Confident use of the Bitrix24 CRM system is mandatory.
• Developed communication skills, competent speech, ability to teach and learn.
• High focus on results and initiative in decision-making.
• Focus on professional development in the field of sales and personnel development.
• Developed leadership and management skills.
