The review procedure is an annual requirement for ICLC, since among our mandatory audit clients there are organizations whose reports are included in the securities prospectus.
In 2022 the ICLC audit company was among the earliest, namely at the number 8, enlisted in the register of the auditors providing audit services to socially significant organizations, which is maintained by the Federal Treasury.
ICLC conducted a mandatory audit of JSC "Gidromashservice", JSC "MOS OTIS", JSC "First Channel", just to mention a few of our clients.
In 2023, ICLC became one of the first audit firms enlisted by the Bank of Russia in the register of audit organizations providing audit services to socially significant organizations in the financial market.Such organizations in the financial market include, in particular, those whose securities are admitted to exchange trading; organizations whose financial statements are included in the securities prospectus; credit and insurance organizations; professional participants of the securities market, credit bureaus, clearing organizations, trade organizers, NPFs, investment fund management companies.
