In October 2022, the ICLC was also included in the register of audit firms providing audit services to socially significant organizations (OSO) of the Federal Treasury.In the register of the Federal Treasury, ICLC was entered under number 8.
Commencing 01.01.2023, amendments to the Federal Law of 30.12.2008 N 307-FZ "On Auditing Activities" came into force assigning the Bank of Russia with authority in legal regulation of auditing activities, as well as obliging to maintain a register of auditing organizations in the financial market.
Socially significant organizations at the financial market include: banks, holding companies of banking groups, insurance companies, professional participants in the securities market, credit history bureaus, clearing organizations, non-governmental pension funds, organizations whose securities are admitted to organized trading, as well as those whose financial statements are included in the securities prospectus.
Audit services to OZOFR may be provided only by audit organizations, information about which is ICLC the Bank of Russia in the register of audit organizations providing audit services to the OZOFR (starting with the reporting for 2024).
ICLC has been providing professional audit and consulting services to large Russian companies, including those with state participation, as well as private companies of various forms of ownership for more than 30 years. Among the OZOFR: Finam, Otkritie Broker, etc.
ICLC is traditionally included in the top 25 of the ranking "Audit organizations ranked by audit revenue" according to the annual rating "Russian Audit" compiled by the agency RAEX ("RAEX-Analytics"). According to the results of 2021, the company ranks 23rd and 17th in the ranking "Audit organizations ranked by revenue from mandatory audit".
